Waldbaden
Der aus Japan stammende Begriff „Waldbaden“ ist auch bekannt unter dem Namen „Shinrin-Yoku“, der soviel bedeutet wie „die Atmosphäre des Waldes aufnehmen“ oder „im Wald baden“. Es mag etwas befremdlich klingen, jedoch wenn wir es uns genauer überlegen, hat der Wald doch eine besondere Anziehungskraft, die wir alle schon mal gespürt haben.
Ich kannte diesen Begriff bisher nicht, er wurde mir im Rahmen meines Jahresprojektes genannt, danke dafür an Corinna B.❤️
